If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery with clear photos or a video so we can assess the issue.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all manuals and accessories.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on undergarments or used baby grooming and hygiene products.
If you’ve changed your mind, a 7-day cooling-off period for unwanted items. In this case, the item must be returned unused, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
